EXTERNAL EXAM

Yusuke Nakanishi is starting his new job at the Best Beauty Body Lingerie Company, a popular women’s lingerie company that gives more than what their suppliers would ever expect. However, it is because of this that Yusuke was picked by the company president to infiltrate the lower levels of his corporation. He is ordered to disrupt the corrupt acts that the vice president and his assistant are doing to the female workers of their company as well as stop a corporate take over.

Alice Nonoyama is just such an example, as she is forced to become the sex slave to all of Beauty Body’s suppliers, offering her body in exchange for discount rates on materials to make lingerie. Can Yusuke save Alice from becoming a sex slave forever? Can he convince Chisa Sakurai, the busty computer engineer to switch sides and work for him? Or will Rena, the vice presidents’ personal anal assistant, find out his counter productive plans?

DVD VISION TEST

VIDEO: Nutech’s digital remastered version of Lingeries brings a bright and clear transfer with a gorgeous appearance with no smudges, pixels, or anything distracting. The appearance of the film is beautiful eye candy with perfect color, line, and light. Scenes that take place in shadow, particularly during the day, look a little blurry and hard to look at, but nothing too distracting from your personal enjoyment.

AUDIO: Dolby Digital 2.0 is used for both the Japanese and English track. The Japanese track contains more volume and is much more emphasized during key sex scenes. All voices are more convincing and believable because of this. The English track falls a little flat especially during normal talking conversations between characters. Sex scenes are done a little better, but sounds like all orgasms are dragged out too long and become boring.

WIDESCREEN REVIEW

STORY: Lingeries provides a setting that is perfect for a hentai series, a women’s lingerie company. Yusuke Nakanishi is ordered by the president of the Beauty Body Lingerie Company to infiltrate the corruptive acts of the vice president and his assistant. As they have been making their female workers into sex slaves for their clientele and planning a corporate take over within three months from the next board of directors meeting. It’s up to Yusuke to find out what the vice president is up to and in the process save the beautiful women of the BBB. This includes the sexy blonde Alice, who has become the company’s most prized sex slave, Chisa, the very busty computer engineer, and Rena, the vice president’s anal slut.

ACTING: No credits are given to the Japanese or English dub tracks on the DVD. However, both casts do have some highlight performance worthy of bring noted. The Japanese cast provides some excellent character voice acting. Though some of the voices, especially the female ones, are much too high for women assuming to be the speaking voices for middle-aged professionals; it sounds awkward. However, during the sex scenes, they all sound excellent and turn the heat up. The male voices are paired very well and reflect their character’s personas and appearance perfectly, especially the not so pretty clients who use the company’s sex slaves.

The Japanese voice of Yusuke is conservative, but the English voice presents him as a joker. An idea that actually works since his appearance is less conservative than the serious voice given to him. His English voice actor does the best job out of all the cast in being the most convincing. The English voice actress for Chisa also performs very well. With the soft purrs she does during her sex scenes, it is very easy to become enthralled by her from all of the other girls. Aside from them, the rest of the English cast is not too impressive. Many voices don’t seem to fit their characters or their attitudes. Though they sound decent during the sex scenes, the actual acting gives some performances that I want to be over rather quickly.

SEX SCENES: Foreplay is at the forefront with oral and forced masturbation being the most featured type of sex scene. There is also missionary, doggy-style, reverse cowgirl, light rope bondage, use of toys, anal, exhibitionism, double penetration, and threesomes.

FINAL EXAM

There are plenty of settings and places suitable for a hentai film or series. Co-ed Colleges (or an all-girls or all-boys college for the yuri and yaoi fans), a harem, a brothel, hotels, war-torn cities, futuristic cities, historic cities, dungeons, clubs, etc., are all perfect places and common settings. However, often times we forget about the most obvious places. The Lingerie's series takes place in a women’s lingerie company, where hot lingerie and hot women are in abundance. It is through Yusuke Nakanishi that we enter the Beauty Body Lingerie Company. Though it looks like he is working at BBBLC for good-looking women, his motives are much more serious. Yusuke was hired to the president of the company in order to infiltrate the activities of the vice president and his assistant, whom the president believes are corrupt. He also suspects that the vice president is planning to take over the company in three months when the board of directors meets. Though Yusuke needs more evidence of an upcoming corporate takeover, corruptive activities aren’t too hard to find especially since they involve sex slavery of the female workers.

On the first DVD, Alice Nonoyama, a beautiful voluptuous blonde, is forced to use her body on clients and suppliers so the company can make as many deals as possible. From there on, we are treated to many sights of Alice’s body in lingerie (as well as out of lingerie) while entertaining the not so pretty clients and sellers of BBBLC. Disrupting corruptive activities was insisted by the president, it’s up to Yusuke to save Alice. Since this is a hentai, its not surprising that Yusuke wants a piece of the action as well, only for him and not for the company. Something that Alice is willingly able to give.

Over the course of the three DVDs of the Lingerie’s Boxset, Yusuke makes his way into the inner workings of Beauty Body to find out about the president’s rival faction. Since the people in charge are women, it gives a pretty predictable idea of what is going to happen. The second and third DVD is devoted to these kinds of situations. Yusuke’s next target is Chisa, a very busty computer engineer whom he seduces to get information. Something that is not hard to accomplish since she is also a nymphomaniac. The last target is Rena, the vice president’s assistant who is also his sex slave and loves anal sex. Yusuke uses his sexual talents to also get information from her. Unfortunately, someone catches him in the act with Rena, leading into some unstable moments not needed for his mission.

The story actually turned out to be more interesting than I thought it would. I became captivated by how Yusuke was going to dominate his next target. Instead of forcing the women to do what he wants by raping him, he uses charisma and charm to get what he wants. This results in nearly all consensual scenes, a refreshing change from the hardcore rape fests that take the majority of hentai releases.

The character designs are very attractive, especially the women, who shine over the men. Each of the women who are key to Yusuke’s mission are appealing in their own way and provides just enough to satisfy all of the different sexual fetishes. All sex scenes are believable between characters, executed smoothly, and are very enjoyable to watch. There are no repetitive camera angles and all the required parts are clearly seen in all their glory with no blurriness or discoloration. Mimicking traditional pornography, many scenes are very close to the action so nothing is covered up and have to be assumed. Hardcore fans that want their fill of graphic sex will definitely find a few here. I have fairly high standards with hentai especially those considered hardcore and this title has resulted in a few enjoyable evenings.

The rest of the artwork is beautiful to look at and shows that effort took place in production. The characters don’t clash with the background and the final results give a complete look of their own that is easy to watch. With a believable and fairly good storyline, hot women, and well-produced graphic sex scenes, Lingeries is one nice box set to own. It’s a title that’s not too hard to be extremely hardcore and not too softcore either. It fits perfectly in the middle of the decadent hentai universe. Very highly recommended.
