EXTERNAL EXAM

Lady Beatrice has agreed to marry King Franchesco in order to prevent him from invading her country. On her wedding day, she discovers the truth about her new husband and his kingdom. Under his rule, rape is legal, and it is a crime not being pregnant. Now, she and her handmaids must submit to his rule so they can bear him new warriors.

Yet, the seeds of rebellion are forming....oh who am I kidding. There is no plot!

DVD VISION TEST

VIDEO: The video is crystal clear, with just a touch of edge enhancement. It's pretty obvious that this was recorded on digital video, which accounts for the quality.

AUDIO: The audio for both the English and Japanese are standard 2.0. While the Japanese is louder in volume, the English is softer in tone. There isn't a lot of surround sound bits in this, but enough to make the moans and groans sound better than real life.

EDITS: Well, as far as I know, no edits, but I have been wrong before.

EXTRAS: We have a brief video essay on "Anime Art form", a small photo gallery and the CPM promotional trailer for Sin Sorority, City of Sin, and Stepmothers Sin.

WIDESCREEN REVIEW

STORY: This is a one shot deal, so there is no plot what so ever. The Yasuyuki Muto script based off the comic by Dozamura, is nothing but 30 minutes of non stop sex. Any semblance of a plot is quickly dismissed in favor of more sex.

ACTING: Pretty darn good, compared to other hentai releases. Candy Washington is great as Lady Beatrice. I truly believe that she is getting into her new found enjoyment of sex. Once again, my boy Bjorkin Stiles makes an impressive appearance.

I dig the sexy, deeper Japanese voice for Beatrice. The rest of the women are typical "screaming whore" voices.

SEX SCENES: It's mostly missionary, reverse cowgirl and doggy style with some oral sex and orgy sex thrown in for flavor. Sorry, no girl on girl action.

FINAL EXAM

I really don't have much to say about this one. It starts off like most hentai set in a "medieval" world. The princess is getting ready to get married, she in introduces to this huge bald headed bastard who looks like a watermelon. Naturally, he has a tree trunk of a stalk and uses it to make Lady Beatrice a woman. From there, it goes down hill, with a twist ending that isn't so shocking.

There is a lot of blood in this one, and I'm not talking about "first blood". Several characters get dispatched in rather cruel ways. I was amazed they could fit in anything between all the sex. In fact, you only get 2 minutes and 30 seconds at the beginning before the non-stop rape and murder starts. Thank goodness that snuff films are not real.

If this is your first introduction to hentai, this is an okay one to start with. This is pretty much a meat and potatoes, straight sex.

The animation is pretty decent, right up there with the work done in "Sin Sorority". There is lots of detail, the colors are evenly blended, and you see all the hard work the Korean animators did.

If you know anything about the adult film industry in Japan, all shots below the waist were covered in pixels. If you know anything about the US adult film industry, they spend most of their time down south. So Anime 18 has removed the pixels, and what a difference it makes. The animators went into a lot of detail, despite knowing that it would be covered up.

"City of Sin" isn't the best example of Hentai, but it's certainly not the worst. It's pretty average example of the genre and not really warranting of the "Xtreme Series" moniker. Get it if you need a quick fix.
